Double bedroom in 3 bedroom townhouse to share with gay male owner, 45years and a small dog. $150 per week includes all bills + cable internet, wifi, foxtel, netflix, stan. Room is currently unfurnished, but I can furnish if needed. Own large bathroom and use of study (colour laser printer, mac etc). Small courtyard + complex has a swimming pool.
