Right opposite of Victoria Gardens shopping centre, trams 109 and 12 right across the street. Walking distance to Burnley/North Richmond train stations, and Victoria street grocery stores, Bridge road cafes and shops etc.
Fairly modern facilities including gym and pool and an open garden area. Split system airconditioning in the lounge.
Internet is with NBN (the fastest possible plan) with 500gb download limit (I hardly use up more than 100gb myself so if you don't download more than 250gb per month I can include that in the rent as well.)
Currently there is no parking space associated with this apartment unit but there is a storage cage available in the carpark space, and quite frequently I get car space offers put in the mailbox by other residents of the same building.
Smoking is prohibited on the premises here unless you're in the open garden area.
I'm a local student at Monash clayton. Clean, quiet and easy going, although having to study most days/nights, with the occasional liking for computer games and movies which I will use headphones for unless you want to join in.
