Well, the best things about the place is of course me! But excluding that you'll be sharing a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment in Spring Hill, the apartment is fully furnished except for your bedroom.
The room consist of a built in study desk, as well as double mirrored built in wardrobe. You will have use of the large main bathroom, which includes a shower/bath combo, toilet and large basin area.
Trilogy Residences is an inner-city site, comprises three small buildings, I am in the largest on the fifth floor facing north to a lovely view. The community facilities include a gym, BBQ terrace, herb garden, heated pool with a spa alcove, with a deck and manicured lawn around the pool.
Heaps of visitor's parking. Queen St is less than 15 minutes walk and there are buses that stop a short walk from the front door. The complex is less than 900 metres from the Brisbane GPO and the convenience of Brisbane Central train station only 4-6 minutes away.
Rent for room is $300 per week with secure basement-level carspace and a bond is required. 50/50 on expenses (electricity and gas). I am looking for a long term flatmate (six months minimum).
