I am looking for someone to take over my lease from 20th November 2016 at 43 Rawnsley Street, Dutton Park! The lease will end on 8th February 2017 and is eligible for extension. As an international student moving to a new city, this place was an absolute bargain for me and it significantly eased my transition due to its central location. It is a very easy walk or bike ride to UQ which takes about 5-6 minutes and about a 10 minute ride to South Bank where you will have access to many different facilities. The 3-4 minute walk to the two nearest train stations, Park Road and Dutton Park station, is super convenient for getting around to explore the city .
The room comes fully-furnished with a single bed, a high-power pedestal fan, a study table, a closet and a shelf. The house also comes with all necessary kitchen appliances for common use. Not only that it also comes with the fantastic company of some awesome housemates and a beautiful view of the sunrise from the balcony.
There are currently 6 tenants living in this massive house (including myself), all of whom are very considerate and friendly people. Two of them are studying at Griffith, two of us are undergrad students at UQ and the other two are conducting post-grad and PhD research under UQ in Petroleum Engineering and Game Development respectively.
