I'm sure the property sounds perfect already, but please read on :P
The property is located in a complex, equip with a pool, spa and tennis court. The house itself is two stories with three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one downstairs, one up stairs). It is extremely quite because we back onto a nature reserve.
Fenced backyard with veggie garden being built by one of the housemates. You'll have your own shelves for storage in the kitchen assigned for each room, and an additional freezer in the garage.
Most common room areas of the house have everything already provided. e.g. all kitchen appliances and utensils, mower, vacuum, washing machine, air conditioner.
We have two housemates, Madi and Carolina who has been with us for awhile, and they both have very alike personalities - fun and sarcastic uni students. They love to have kitchen cooking conversations with a wine and catch up on how much they all hate university and work :P
If you would like to know any more about them or the property, don't hesitate to ask. Text is preferable form of communication and we can set up an interview with them.
