Sharing with two 30 year old male Professionals. One photographer who works from home quite often and also travels a fair bit, the other is a Manager of a gym who works full time Mon to Fri, 9 to 5.

We are looking for a professional who works full time and is neat and tidy but not necessarily a neat freak. We are both pretty chilled guys and like to be social at home, have a chat & a laugh but also enjoy our quiet time and space.

This is a non smoking home, if you do smoke thats fine, the smoking will just have to be out on the street & not on the balcony.

Sorry no travellers, we are looking for someone a bit longer than three months. No couples.

We split the power & water bills 3 ways every three months
