A perfectly located 1-bedroom apartment next right next to Newtown's Famous Camperdown Park. The flat is a great size for a couple or a working professional.
It is very well lit with large windows in all rooms with views that span all the way to the city. While only 2 minutes walk from King Street (and the hundreds of cafes, restaurants, bars and venues Newtown and Enmore have to offer), it is in a residential area so you get the great location without any the noise. Seriously, check it out on the map, it's literally an amazing spot.
