I will be travelling for 3 months (Jan-Mar 2017) and like to find someone who is taking over my room in our beautiful 3 bedroom apartment with stunning views of the Sydney Harbour entrance and North Head for the full time.
The room is furnished, and the bathroom will be shared with one other person. The living room is very spacious and has a TV. The apartment has a washing machine and dryer as well as a filly equipped kitchen. We also have a large balcony for your own use.
You will be living with two professional females in their 30s, easy going, relaxed and clean. We are looking for someone at the similar age - no party people, sorry. We like to have the one or other dinner party and friends over but we also like to relax after work.
The room is $430 per week excl. bills (electricity and internet). Couples excepted but pay $490 per week. No room share between friends.
