Backpackers welcome

Situated in a quiet, leafy corner of Templestowe Lower, the house is close to parks, supermarkets, plaza and all the amenities you need, a bus stop only ten minutes walk and about forty minutes drive to the CBD, this house has 3 bedrooms with timber floors and wardrobes incorporated, a medium backyard with a pool(although its not usable at the moment the landlord said he will have it fixed soon!) plus space for a veggie patch and a generous front yard.

I want someone to take up the lease for this house as I might have to move out somewhere close to the city soon. The house has internet, water, gas and electricity connections which I can have transferred to your name. The house is also furnished with washing, refrigerator, dining table, oven which I leave behind for you free of cost. So all you need is furniture for your room and a mattress for yourself when you move in.

Vasishth(28), I am a student and a website developer from India working part time and doing my Masters in Bioinformatics at Melbourne Uni. The only reason I am moving out is because I have been advised by my supervisor at the university that I study in to shift to a place closer to the university as a spend a lot of time commuting to and from university during the busy periods.
