Beautiful modern duplex with polished concrete floors and lots of natural light, 300 m from the beach front, across the road from beautiful cafes, coles, bottleshops and restaurants.
Bedroom has a ceiling fan, air conditioning and built in robe with mirrors. The front of the house opens with glass sliding doors onto a sun filled courtyard. The bedroom is a small/medium size. There is a electronic security gate at the front and a locked side gate so the house feels very secure.
The house is in immaculate condition and we take pride in our home and the furnishings.
Steph and Alex are 25 year old working professionals. Alex is a product developer at Billabong and Steph is a pharmacist, both working full time hours.
We are both very social, we love going out to dinner, going to the beach and having drinks with friends at home. We respect our neighbours and our home so we are looking for someone who works full time, is laid back and clean.
It is a requirement that you file a lease application and are approved before moving in, along with paying 2 weeks rent in advance and bond (4 weeks rent).
