We’re looking for a housemate to be part of a community, someone who is looking to fit in, not just fill in. Ideally you would be in your mid 20s and older, have experience living in a share house and enjoy having a laugh/chat (sorry no room hermits). It would be a plus if you like to cook as we’re a fan of group dinners and enjoy the occasional glass of beer or wine (this is not a party house). You should ideally be a non-smoker and be free of any fur babies (sorry no pets allowed). It is not a requirement but if you enjoy board games such as Catan, Cards against humanity etc. then that’s a huge plus. This house is an inclusive environment and is international friendly as it currently has an Aussie, Canadian and a Kiwi.
We’re looking for a Female who is looking to stay long term.
Love bikes as he just cycled across New Zealand and from Canada to Mexico along the Rockies this year. He works in tech and enjoys staying in touch with his Canadian roots by making pancakes for his housemates occasionally. An ideal weekend would be spent bikepacking, bushwalking or enjoying the great outdoors.
Loves staying active through running and cycling. Pretty much the nicest person you’ll ever meet except when playing board games (ultra-competitive might be an understatement). A bit of a java bean snob but who isn’t in Melbourne? When Naomi isn’t bushwalking or sampling Melbourne’s finest culinary delights she works in International Development.
Currently works IT recruitment and bases his adventures on what Groupon decides to recommend to him. He's well traveled and can't say no to great food and drink around the city. He stays active by hitting the gym regularly.
Room Rent: $780/month ($180/week).
Bond: $1,080 (six weeks rent)
