I'm currently looking for a housemate to share in a three bedroom house in Chifley with two others.
If you're interested in a more of a home, and don't mind sharing a meal and some bad TV from time to time, then this is the place for you. The room is a good size, with a built-in-wardrobe. There is ducted air conditioning/heating and on-street carparking. Bills to be split evenly (internet and utilities).
The house is furnished.
Bedroom 1: queen-size bed with a bedside table and private balcony. Bedroom 2: double bed with a bedside table.
Bedroom 1 - $300/week plus expenses - gone
Bedroom 2 - $300/week plus expenses - gone - Pending
Two-bedroom suite with shared kitchen for $500 - $600 - this option is not available.
The upstairs area has a private lounge and two private balconies. The photo's do not do it justice - it is larger than it looks. The bedrooms are of a good size and the private lounge area is very spacious with great views of the Woden Valley - comes with a desk, chairs and tv stand - can be used as a study area/ironing room. Lots of natural light with windows the full length of the living areas.
Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes.
The house: brand new, 3 bedroom, 2 and 1/2 bathroom house with two private balconies and two separate living areas. The house is fully furnished and equipped.
Garden is great to relax. Super cool in summer and warm in winter, ducted air-con system.
Gas hot water and gas cooking.
European Kitchen with a butler's pantry.
Great views overlooking Woden Valley from the top floor balconies.
Close to Mawson, Woden shopping centres and Cooleman Court and is geographically central to almost anywhere in Canberra. The city is about a 15 min drive by car.
Looking for professional tenants.
No pets eg dogs and cats. Rabbits, fish etc may be considered
Looking for a house trained (this means neat and tidy and someone who cleans up after themselves and shares the house work) fully employed professional or genuine student to share my home - I prefer longer term but am willing to consider shorter term stays.
I am friendly, down to earth, professional female working full time in the Public Service.
Ideally I'm looking for someone that's quiet but sociable that enjoys doing their own thing as much as occasionally hanging out in the evenings or sharing a meal or two.
Idea for medical staff as close to Canberra Hospital.
