Two-bedroom suite with shared kitchen for $600
Or if you only need one room it is $300 each per room.

The suite area has a private lounge and two private balconies. The photo's do not do it justice - it is larger than it looks. The bedrooms are of a good size and the lounge area is very spacious with great views of the Woden Valley. Lots of natural light with windows the full length of the living areas.

Both bedrooms have built in robes.

The house: brand new, 3 bedroom + 2 1/2 bathroom house with two private balconies and two separate living areas.

Garden is great to relax. Super cool in summer and warm in winter, ducted air-con system. Instant gas hot water and gas cooking.

Double garage.

Room is available from December.

The house is brand new and will be fully furnished once the finishing touches have been completed in mid-Dec.

The bedrooms are bright and spacious with built in wardrobes and enough space to fit a double bed.

European Kitchen with a butler's pantry.

Great views overlooking Woden Valley from the top floor balconies.

Close to Mawson, Woden shopping centres and Cooleman Court and is geographically central to almost anywhere in Canberra. The city is about a 15 min drive by car.

Looking for professional tenants. Families welcome.

Not suitable for pets.
Non-smokers please.

Flatmates

Hi,

Looking for a house trained (this means neat and tidy and someone who cleans up after themselves and shares the house work) fully employed professional or genuine student to share my home - I prefer longer term but am willing to consider shorter term stays.

I am friendly, down to earth, professional female working full time in the Public Service.

Ideally I'm looking for someone that's quiet but sociable that enjoys doing their own thing as much as occasionally hanging out in the evenings or sharing a meal or two.

Idea for medical staff as close to Canberra Hospital.

Cheers
Tracie
