Carpets in rooms are PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED PRIOR TO NEW tenant/s moving in and paid for by the landlady ($45 per room)
This cleaning cost is to be paid to the landlady by the tenant/s WITHIN 30 DAYS OF MOVING IN- so there is NO Carpet Cleaning charge when tenant vacates the premises.
When vacating the premises, tenants must CLEAN and CLEAR THEIR BEDROOM and ALL PARTS of the accommodation they used.
All RUBBISH AND PERSONAL ITEMS or ANY ITEMS they used must be removed or IF BELONGING TO THE PREMIESES, MUST BE PLACED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PLACES and the accommodation LEFT NEAT AND TIDY as when they first moved in.
Since NO BOND IS TAKEN, the INTEGRITY AND HONESTY OF VACATING TENANTS is RELIED UPON to DO THE RIGHT THING.
TENANTS MUST RETURN ALL KEYS AND REMOTE CONTROLS IN THEIR POSSESSION IN WORKING ORDER TO THE LANDLADY OR HER AGENT AND LEAVE WITH GOODWILL by 5pm ON OR BEFORE THE LAST DATE OF THEIR TENANCY..
Rental is paid per CALENDAR MONTH IN ADVANCE.
Please note that although tenants can stay as long as they please and I prefer LONG TERM TENANTS, there is NO FIXED LEASE but an ON-GOING calendar month-to-month rental is offered LONG TERM if all is going well and landlady and tenant/s are happy
with A TWO WEEK WRITTEN NOTICE to vacate the premises EITHER WAY, if employment or circumstances change or any problems occur.
This is a happy, stable, VERY RELAXED, friendly, caring household.
