Lease break - warehouse apartment!
My partner and I have purchased a home and now need to find our landlord a great tenant or tenants to take over this super trendy and extremely spacious ground floor warehouse apartment. We have LOVED it here, but found the perfect place to buy. Please note this is a lease break, and our landlord / real estate agent would like to re-lease the apartment for the usual 12 months, with the option to renew /extend. Our lease would formally be up on April 02, 2016 so if you would like to lease the apartment until this time only, please let us know and we will negotiate with the landlord / agent.
Our landlord has been fantastic and has approved all our requests on the spot (new locks etc.), and was even happy for us to have a little puppy! Cassandra - our real estate agent is lovely and was very responsive to all our questions. Neighbours are friendly, quiet and never complained about my music, 2 minute walk to the train station (and coffee at The Premises...), and amazing central heating which hasn't cost us an arm and a leg in bills.
