The house is a big, newly renovated house, and only 7 min walk from the beach! Best area to live in in Perth! :)
7 min walk to the buses and trains going to Perth CBD and Freo. We have a back yard as well which is nice for BBQ. You get your own room with a closet, double sized bed and couch. Shared bathroom and shower with the other housemates, as well as shared living room/kitchen area.
Three housemates, all working and in their late 20s. Im renting out my room because I'm going on a road trip for four weeks. My housemates are very clean and tidy people, as well as easy going.
