Flexible arrangement tailored for the flatmate who would stay.
Main tenant running this type of flatmates' arrangement for over 14 years in New Zealand. Now moving to Australia.

Most things welcome and allowed provided it is within law, limits and out of harms way. Mutual helps provided to each other in need.

Don't have to worry about bills if usage within limits as all included in rent and is the responsibility of the main tenant.

More about the Flatmates

I am Indian, my partner from Fiji, both relocated recently to Melbourne from New Zealand after many many years. I maintained the same house in Greenlane in New Zealand for last 12+ years. I try to keep the house clean and set example in cleanliness before asking others to clean their mess. Toilets and kitchen are never dirty as attention given to them everyday.

Flatmates should be considerate, jovial, lively, but not commit anything beyond the range of toleration by other flatmates or neighbours. Cleanliness should be paramount and dirty habits must be kept outside.

Rent must be paid on time as the landlord needs to be paid on time. Conflicts to be minimal and must be resolved with toleration and moderation.

Rest all: To be amicably solved.

Motto should be: Share and Care, Live and Let Live in peace and Cleanliness.
