We are looking for a nice flatmate to share a second bed room in our 3-bedroom unit.
The apartment allows plenty of light in to the main kitchen and living area. The room has a queen bed, large bookshelves and built in wardrobes, with direct access to a huge balcony area. You will share the bathroom with a couple living next to your room. The bathroom has designer mirrored cabinets allowing for convenient storage.
The location of the apartment is super convenient, being approx 100m walk to St Leonards Station, supermarket and numerous other eateries. Also within walking distance is the Crows Nest Shops and restaurants.
This apartment also features a full width huge balcony, ducted reserve cycle air conditioning, internal laundry with dryer. All this, in a security complex with concierge, on-site building management, gym and sauna.

Current tenants are 2 female and a couple. All of us are professionals. I am an interior designers. My cousin is a chef. We are working at St Leonards. The couple living next to your room. We are looking for quiet, clean and tidy person to move in. No smoking inside the flat but you can smoke outside.
