The room: fully furnished including double bed, bedside tables, shelving and drawers. Sharing the bathroom with one other person.
Location: The house is on North Beach Road, 5 minutes away from the beach and Karrinyup shopping centre. Bus stop directly outside takes 10 minutes to either Stirling or Warwick station.
Inside the house: two lounges, pool table, dining room/study, separate kitchen, laundry and plenty of storage space, with the use of all amenities including wifi and netflix.
Outside the house: plenty of parking space, a huge garden, outside shed, courtyard with BBQ.
$170 per week (bills and internet included)
$340 bond (2 weeks rent)

Room for rent in a large 3 bedroom house in Karrinyup to share with a couple, a female (all in their late 20’s) and a dog.
We are looking for a friendly, clean, easy going housemate just like us. We all have pretty busy lives but always make time for family night, cooking up a feed and enjoying a few drinks.
