Hi all,

The apartment is opposite Mascot train station, putting the CBD a 16 minute train ride away. Hillsong Doody Street is 1.2km away. It is also fairly easy to access the University of New South Wales, University of Sydney, University of Technology Sydney.

Close by is a pedestrian-only outdoor retail laneway which is dotted with alfresco cafes including Oliver Brown, Woolworths, a pharmacy, medical centre, 20 additional specialty shops, and relaxed spaces.

Other features of the apartment include:
• A modern, open plan layout with free-flowing living areas
• Kitchen with stone bench tops and European ILVE appliances
• Timber-tone flooring throughout living areas
• Internal laundry
• Integrated split system air conditioning throughout
• Security intercom system and secure building access

Both rooms have built-in wardrobe, and the shared room also leads onto a wide balcony.

A great guy called David is already in that room. He works as a freelance graphics designer and at a local restaurant.

The price includes access to a gym, sauna and swimming pool. We also have an Xbox and Netflix.

Bills are to be split equally between housemates. Secure parking is available for an extra charge.

Geeks are very welcome!

Kind regards,

More about the Flatmates

I am a bit of a geek as I enjoy things such as playing board games, the Xbox and watching science-fiction shows. I also attend Hillsong church, which is nearby. With regards to what I do, I work as a financial journalist in the city.

As I mentioned above, David works as freelance graphics artist and at a local restaurant. He spends most of the time making silly jokes and is generally easy going.
