The house lease ends at the end of February 2017, however there will likely be an option to renew for 12 months again.
One housemate moving out to move to Melbourne and need someone to take over the 4 months of her lease.
Amazing modern townhouse in a quiet street. Very very close to city, two min walk to train stop and only one stop till Adelaide railway station. Also about 7 min walk to Henley beach road with good restaurants, cafes and bus stop. It is close to parks, running tracks and bike path access.
The house has ducted airconditioning/heater throughout, a large kitchen and dining area with the kitchen having modern appliances and lots of storage. It has a separate laundry, an offset lounge, garage and a rear enclosed outdoor space.
The room is quite large and is on the upstairs floor, with shared large bathroom (shared with one other very clean & tidy girl). The bedroom has large built-in-robes as well.
Lovely natural sunlight during the day throughout the house.
Non-smokers and no pets unfortunately.
Bills include gas, water, electricity and internet. There is also a bond of $830 required upon moving in (which you will get back at the end of the lease).
