This house is great to live in if you are looking for something cheap and in a convenient location. This townhouse contains gym access, BBQ and dining area, a swimming pool and air conditioning. This house is only 5 minutes from the Coomera train-station, The M1 and only 2 minutes from the local shopping centre.
You will have access to your own protected car port, but will have to share a bathroom with another Housemate. This room includes a double bed, bedside table and a bedside lamp. The house is completely furnished so you won't need to worry about purchasing any shared appliances or furniture.
Another convenient feature is the low upkeep.
The pool and property is maintained by the complex's office. The only thing that we ask is that you complete ONE chore PER week, this may include; sweep and mop the floor, take the bins out (super easy, you only have to move it approx 10 metres), wipe down the kitchen area, vacuum the staircase, clean the shared bathroom. I would like to reiterate for those who skimmed, we only ask that you do ONE of these chores PER week. In the event that you can not do an allocated chore, we aren't going to make an issue as long as the communication is there so that we can get it done for you :)

I am currently studying Full-time at Griffith University, Goldcoast and working part-time on Mount Tamborine as a Safety Supervisor and a Tour Guide. My partner (Another Flatmate) is also studying Full-time at the same campus and works part time at K-mart. We are generally at uni studying during the week and out working on the weekends.
We are both easy going, clean and tidy. We are preferably seeking a uni student or someone like minded and easy to get a long with.
Our other housemate is from Brazil and is here completing an engineering internship and is here until early April. A work colleague of mine will be moving into her room when she leaves. He is responsible, clean and tidy and the most approachable person that I know. We are preferably looking for someone able to see out the lease until the end of August 2017.
