Downstairs TWO BEDROOM granny flat with large shared living facilities. Renting out the two room separately - one at $185, one at $175.
The whole granny flat solo is $350. Whichever option presents itself first is what I'll go with.
Granny flat is fully self contained, so the two occupants will share a bathroom, laundry, kitchen, large living area.
Prefer non smoker and will need to provide proof that you can cover the rent.
