The apartment is 450m from Kogarah Train Station with 2 supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and plenty of other shops in the area. 20-25 minutes to the city on the train and 5 minute drive to Brighton Le-Sands beach.
Looking for someone to rent a room in this modern apartment along with myself and 1 other person (3 people total). This is a spacious 3 bedroom apartment with modern kitchen, bathroom (shared with 1 other person), internal laundry and balcony. Someone longer term is preferable.
The room for rent will be unfurnished.
Both myself and the other person are working professionals in our late 20's. I work Monday to Friday and I’m quite often out during the weekend. I have lived in the apartment for 3 years now and I’m looking for someone who is like-minded, prepared to contribute to housework, clean and tidy and is also fairly easy going. Enjoy going out occasionally however not keen on parties at the apartment.
Bills are split evenly (Electricity, Gas and also Internet). Secured car park in the building available for an extra $20 per week if needed.
Viewing weekdays after 7pm or during the weekend.
