This will be a shared house, not just a room to live in, so it is very important that you can carry yourself in a social, considerate and responsible manner and are able to be respectful of others, their space and property.
NO pets, NO drugs (at all), NO extra guests without prior consent. NOT a party house. Having said all that, the scene is sent for wonderful possibilities for quality lifestyle. Enjoy a relaxing drink of an evening, bbqs, dinner parties etc. Having day visitors, family & guests would be dependent on the mix of people and what they jointly decide is appropriate..
Large, architecturally designed house with 4+ bedrooms and plenty of other rooms and areas that can be dedicated to private space, extra shared living or storage. Unbelievably beautiful house in a private and quiet country setting.
All bedrooms have direct access (most french doors) out to large verandahs that run full length on each side of house. Beautiful swimming pool for summer and wood burning fire for winter. Huge floor to ceiling windows in main living and master bedroom. Good kitchen with large gas cooktop.
There is huge potential for different configurations for bedrooms and spaces depending on needs and co-operative negotiation. Cost of $165 is a basic guideline (4 people with even split of rent) - the more space and facilities you occupy the higher the cost etc. Example: huge master bedroom with WIR, private ensuite and room for a sitting area would cost more than somebody occupying a smaller room/s (who would pay less).
Extra costs to consider might include - water (tanks), electricity, gas, internet, pool maintenance etc.
FURNISHINGS & HOUSEHOLD ITEMS
Some furniture and household items are available to start off with. All bedrooms are unfurnished and there is flexibility with sharing your things or to store some. To be negotiated with others. Be among the first residents and help with setup to establish a harmonious blend where nobody dominates the common areas - everyone gets to share individuality and make it a home, not just a house.
This is an amazing opportunity for true Sunshine Coast hinterland living while being just one minute from town, 12 mins from Nambour and 20-25 mins from airport, beaches etc.
Transport is 2 mins walk away as well, with local bus running weekdays every 2 hours. Plenty of off street parking with some carport parking as well. (No garage, but workshop/shed space negotiable.)
The property consists of over 4 acres of natural rainforest. Tenants are responsible for lawns and gardens around house only. Pool is maintained by owner with tenants responsible for routine care and cost of chemicals only. Tasks would be shared or outsourced depending on what is jointly decided.
