I'm looking for someone take a short term rent for the single studio in Lena Karmel Lodge. It has private bathroom and kitchen. It's a five minutes walk to ANU campus and about 8 minutes walk to city. Entertainment facilities and BBQ tools are provided in public area and are free to use.
The original price was 275 and now has been discounted to 220. It's a perfect place for people doing summer course or short-time in Canberra Civic area.
