When you step inside, a welcoming lounge room awaits you equipped with 2 couches (one is a sofa bed), a hallstand, coffee table and TV/set-top box.
This leads to a partitioned sleeping area equipped with a queen sized bed, wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside tables and lamps. All bedding is supplied. A heater and fan is also provided for your comfort.
Beyond this is a kitchen equipped with a gas stove, fridge, microwave, all cutlery, crockery, pots/ pans and a dining table that seats 4.
Next is the spacious bathroom with a big vanity, mirror and shower.
The separate toilet is located within the house, just next to the bathroom.
At the side of the house is a laundry tub and out the back a grassy backyard and BBQ area. The owners will also mow the lawns if/as needed, a laundromat is located within walking distance (2 mins walk) at the Hurlstone Park shops.
* The front 2 metres of the premises are separated by a wall and is being used as storage by the owners (who will access it only with prior approval from the tenant).
* The property next door is currently being developed so could be a bit noisy during the day.
* The weekly rent INCLUDES electricity, gas and water.

Hurlstone Park village shops has a supermarket, post office, café, butcher, laundromat, newsagency, ATMs, hairdresser, Asian grocery store and bakery. ‘The Liquor Emporium’ (bottle shop) is located just 4 doors down.
Not far away (up Crinan street) is the Canterbury Hurlstone Park RSL Club for great meals and entertainment., McDonalds, Dominos Pizza, Smokey Joes Pizza, Friendly’s Chemist , ALDI (@ Canterbury – 5 mins away).
At the end of Duntroon Street is Grumpy’s (The Hurlstone Park Hotel).
