I am a 30-year-old-used to be engineer, and now a teacher. I teach Maths and Physics and I study teaching and psychology. I'm an easygoing person. I care about cleanliness and I like to respect people in their own space and expect the same. I prefer to share with a person older than 25 years of age (although age does not correlate with maturity necessarily). I am not overly social. I sometimes work from home and I prefer to be at peace when I am doing so. So I guess it's fair to say that this definitely is not a party house. That being said, I enjoy cooking and sharing food, sharing a glass of wine, having a good conversation, watching a good movie or listening to tunes when I get some time.
The apartment will be partly furnished as my housemate, Urmet, is selling his stuff and going back to Estonia to live his dream lifestyle after working hard in Australia.
I'd be happy to hear from you
