Renovated sun-filled 2 bedroom apartment with spacious kitchen available in St Kilda East. You'll be sharing with a single flatmate.
Currently not furnished. I am waiting for someone to move in to discuss furnishing (quite flexible); if you have furniture they will be welcomed.
The apartment is on the second floor, clean and tidy, modern kitchen, green outlooks, modern bathroom and double built in mirrored robes in the bedroom. Your bedroom has direct access to the balcony unless you prefer staying in the smaller bedroom which again I am flexible with that (that will save you $15 a week). The apartment is light and bright with a garden/tree view from bedroom, kitchen and balcony. The gated (electronic) apartment is set back from the road with 1x car space available, intercom entry and ducted heating. An easy place to live with all the mod cons and room to make your home.
Close to public transport - Dandenong road tram stop number 37.
5mins to Windsor train Station, 15mins walk to Toorak station. 25mins to the city via tram or 10mins drive. 15mins drive to Luna park and St Kilda beach. 15-20min walk to Chapel street (Library, Coles, Woolworths, shops cafes, restaurants, bars, clubs and all sorts of craziness).
You'll be paying rent to the real-estate and will be signing a tenant transfer from which will bind you to a tenancy agreement until next Jan with renewal prospect.
I am a 29-year-old-used to be engineer, and now a teacher. I teach Maths and Physics and I study teaching and psychology. I'm an easygoing person. I care about cleanliness and I like to respect people in their own space and expect the same. I prefer to share with a person older than 25 years of age (although age does not correlate with maturity necessarily). I like to be social but I prefer to socialise outside to benefit from what the neighborhood/Melbourne has to offer. I sometimes work from home and I prefer to be at peace when I am doing so. So I guess it's fair to say that this is not a party house. That being said, I definitely would enjoy cooking, sharing a glass of scotch/wine, having a good convo, watching a good movie or listening to tunes when I get some time.
I am a tolerant person and I have 7 years experience of sharing in some countries around the world. One way that I reckon sharing can work smoothly is to have a balanced interaction, with respect and kindness.
The apartment will be partly furnished at first and we'll be needing to fill the rest retro style :)
