Preferences
Looking to find a new roomie. House is close to civic with near by bus stops and walking distance to the local shops, farmers market at EPIC, Catholic University and Mt Majura. Clean and tidy house that is fully furnished apart from the bedrooms (second freezer in the kitchen for extra meals). Plenty of off street parking, back deck that is always sunny and veggie patch! VDSL2 wifi available as well. Bedroom fits a double/queen bed, and a medium desk. Included is a built in wardrobe. Sunny room with blackout curtains and double glazed windows throughout the house. I am a 27 year old female, currently working full time and uni student part time. Other roomie is 21 year old female, full time uni student and works part time. We are both very social and outgoing. Love a shared dinner and drinks every now and again however are very respectful of each others space and down time / study time.
