More about the Flatmates

You will be sharing the apartment with two full time working men.
A bit about them.

Richard - 23 years old
Working full time and an overall fun person to be around

Merv - 25 years old
Working full time and also a great fella to be around.

There are no strict house rules or any cleaning duties.

It is simple: clean up after yourself as you go and if you have some spare time to help clean up around the communal areas then do so.

Merv and Richard are very hard working and enjoy an occasional beer during the week after work and weekends they're busy with their friends socialising or simply relaxing at home.

Overall, the apartment is a fun environment and there are no strict rules with having friends or guests over; only on weekdays should it go past 10pm then the noise must be kept to a minimum.
