About the apartment:
The apartment is a 3 storey, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom penthouse in the Quattro building in East Perth with views to the north, east and south, and overlooking the rooftop pool area from the 5 balconies. The apartment is fully furnished, has polished bamboo flooring throughout, large leather modular lounge, large TV, dining table, washing machine/dryer and huge kitchen with a french-door fridge and all the necessary cutlery and utensils etc. The main balcony has bar height table and BBQ and is perfect for entertaining.

About the rooms:
The master bedroom is available at $350 per week including bills, or alternatively I could move into the master bedroom and make the queen sized room (pictured) available at $300 per week. The master bedroom (A.K.A. the playboy suite) features a queen sized bed and mattress, bedside tables, large mirrored built in robes, split cycle air conditioning, a window-front spa bath looking out to the north, balcony, massive ensuite with two vanities and double shower. The queen sized room features a wooden bed frame and pillow-top mattress, huge mirrored built in robes, bedside table, split cycle air conditioning and a huge private balcony perfect for some outdoor furniture or a hammock.

The Lease:
The previous lease-holder/main tenant is moving to Sydney and therefore not renewing his lease. Myself and the other remaining flat mate are planning on staying until February & December respectively before we move back east / to NZ ourselves meaning we're not in a position to take on the lease ourselves unfortunately. The owners have offered 5 weeks rent free for a new 12 month lease, and 3 weeks rent free for a new 6 month lease, but unless we find someone willing to enter into the lease on their own, we will need to vacate on the 26th as well. Rent is $900 per week for the whole apartment and bond would be $3600. Myself and the other flat mate currently pay $650 between us including bills which work out to be about $400 per month.

About the flat mates:
I'm a fun, friendly, laid-back, professional and considerate Aussie guy in my early thirties. I work full-time in the city and like to catch up with mates on the weekend, play golf or get out and about exploring the city, new cafes and bars etc. I can get along with just about anyone and am equally happy doing my own thing in my room or sharing a few drinks on the couch with my flatmate/s. I generally keep fairly quiet during the week, a bit of exercise, catching up on e-mails, watching TV etc and only really head out on the weekends but I do have a rubber arm and can be easily convinced to join in on a few drinks.

Des is a Kiwi (don't hold that against her) whose room is on the first floor and hardly see her, but when she does show her face she's good fun, super friendly and into her health and fitness.
