Room for rent in quiet townhouse block! We recently took lease of this apartment which has been freshly carpeted and painted. It features modern layout and appliances. It's located back from Burke Road within a secure block. The apartment is over 2 levels, has 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. 2 living areas, private courtyard, laundry and built in robes in all 3 spacious bedrooms. We have gas heating, security system, intercoms installed throughout the house and unlimited ADSL. The apartment is close to the Camberwell dining and shopping strip whilst being far enough away to be in a relaxed environment. The well serviced Camberwell train station is 1.5km down the road. The route 72 stops outside and the 109 is 300 metres away. Swinburne Uni is a pleasant half hour walk through quiet streets or a quick drive. We're still equipping the house with a few appliances but most is already provided.

We both appreciate music, movies and video games (hence the sound system to better appreciate with). We both enjoy a bev after work or on the weekend, as well as having a BBQ, having some mates around or heading out. We're both understanding housemates and are accommodating of other peoples lifestyles, personal space and sleeping hours.
