Welcome to Casa el Doggo.
This two storey renovated Queenslander is located on a quiet East Brisbane street, right next to the dog park and close to Lytton Road.
One room has become available due to the sad and tragic loss of the world’s best housemate to central Queensland.
The $180/w upstairs bedroom is 3.5m by 3m including a 3 door built-in wardrobe, windows and air conditioning.
The living area is huge and there’s everything you could possibly need, including a robo-vac named Bev. Bev does not give a f*ck and will run over your toes should you obstruct her.
Bills are split evenly, internet is $60 a month and electricity comes up to approx. $45/pp monthly.
This house is fire.
You’ll be living with Nick the engineer and Sara the emergency vet, who does obscene shift work hours. A couple, Nick and Sara are aged approx. 30-31.
Any new housemate should;
a) be good with animals because there are two black labs and a cat
b) have a full set of teeth and be a semi-functioning adult
c) not judge Sara for her inability to keep house plants alive
d) be prepared to weigh-in on which dog is better, Cooper the young lab pup, or Belle the old lab cross. The answer is Belle 70 percent of the time.
A young professional will be happiest here, but all are welcome.
The house has been incredibly cohesive, often getting together for ‘Taco Thursdays’ which is not actually on a Thursday anymore but whenever everyone is home at night. Board games around the table and just general chills also feature.
Sophie the cat has been known to adopt the new housemate, and may move in with you. There is no choice in this matter, because Sophie is the landlord.
If you aren't allergic to cats or over zealous labradors, don't mind giving daily snoot boopings, flick a message over outlining who you are, your robo-vac dodging skills and your preferred choice of milk. Thanks :)
