We have two private and lockable rooms for individuals available in this modern and furnished apartment.
The apartment comes with central heating, cooling, and unlimited internet, as well as all appliances (including TV, washing machine and dryer).
Both bedrooms come furnished with a single bed, bedside table and study desk, and are lockable to ensure privacy.
The location of the apartment is extremely convenient:
-In the free tram zone
-Less than 5 minutes walk to Southern Cross
-Close to Victoria Harbour, the waterfront library and DFO
-A step away from countless tram stops
-Cafes and restaurants in abundance
-Coles and Woolworths just down the road

You will share the apartment with no more than two other people, making this a great opportunity for anyone after quiet and private accommodation.
Unlimited wifi is included in the weekly rent, and the other bills will be shared.
The rooms are only open for long term leasing (6 months +) and non-smokers.


If you are a university student, it will give you the option of living and working part time in the city, then catching a tram or a train to study.
Take a free tram or any train from the Southern Cross Railway Station to get to RMIT.
Take a Route 55 tram to go to the Melbourne Uni (if you get off at the Vic market, it will be free)
Take the Cranbourne train from the Southern Cross Railway Station to go to the Monash University campus.
Take the South Morang train from the Southern Cross Railway Station to go to the Latrobe University
Take the Lilydale or Belgrave train to the Hawthorn campus of the Swinburne University; or the Sandringham train to the Prahran campus.
Take a walk or catch a free tram to the city campus of the Victoria University
Take either the Sunbury, Werribee and Williamstown line to the Footscray campus of the Victoria University
