1 year old coastal chic home. Modern, one of three townhouses. 1 minute walk to Maroochydore River. 5 minute drive to Ocean St and Sunshine Plaza, close to beaches and cafes.
The room available is a massive bedroom with plenty of mirrored wardrobe/ storage space, and air conditioning. Also included is your own bathroom with a massive shower, and you will also have access to the rest of the home (kitchen, living area, outside patio). My home still feels new and is nicely furnished (the spare room available is featured in photos as furnished but is actually unfurnished).
Foxtel and unlimited internet are available and costs will be split 50/50 per month. Electricity and water bills also will be equally split.
