Large fully furnished bedroom for rent in a converted warehouse located between Bridge Rd and Swan Street. Bedroom contains air con, balcony and plenty of BIR storage. Bathroom and separate toilet are newly renovated and shared with one other housemate.
Rent is $330 per week ($1430 per mth paid in advance) and include the following at no extra cost:
-Unlimited ADSL2 internet
-Foxtel hooked up in your own bedroom on the Platinum package
-Cleaners come in every two weeks
-Incidentals such as toilet paper, paper towels, washing machine powder and hand wash all supplied
The only things that need to be shared are the electricity and water bill.
The converted warehouse is in a fantastic central location close to shops and amenities (Tennis Centre, MCG and parks). One minute walk to either the Richmond train station or tram stop on Swan Street but secluded enough not to hear the trams/trains. Five minute train ride to Flinders Street or City Loop. Less than 10 minute walk to Bridge Rd.
Warehouse is renovated and complete with all furniture and European appliances, including dishwasher and clothes dryer. There is no need to contribute any furniture or other household items including cutlery and crockery. Other features include large built-in BBQ, Nespresso machine, dining table that sits up to 10 people, large 55 inch LED TV in the lounge room and surround sound system.
