Spacious, light, airy, close to the city (walking distance), close to all public transport, cafés, restaurants, good views, great breezes, big bedroom, build in wardrobe/cupboards, big kitchen, 3rd floor flat, lift in apartment block, 360 degree views of the city from the roof. Your friends will be jealous!
Apartment block is 15 min walk to the city, same to the Valley Train Station and in the opposite direction, Coles and an awesome IGA. Not a lot of noise comes from the Valley over the weekend. No aircon, but apartment looks out to Brunswick Street rather than the river, which means cross breezes are amazing.
The only house rules would be a cleaning roster!
I work full time 9-5 in the city, enjoy reading, time with friends, cooking, a sneaky glass of red wine, Netflix and travel. Not a huge partier, but I do clean and am out and about on the weekends (unless the book is really good).
Looking for a friendly person, who is easy going, enjoys a chat and a laugh but also has their own interests. Ideally looking for someone between 25-35 (or thereabouts!). Partners are welcome to stay over a couple of nights a week, just not every night. Sorry - no smoking, kids or pets (though I would love a dog, it's a non pet lease).
