Fantastic House, Great Location! The house offers city views, brief travel time into the city (5-10mins bus and ~15 min walk) and walking distance to bars, cafes and shops. Which I'll be honest where I need to spend less time.. This home is much loved and was built in 1915. Period signatures includes grand verandahs, ornate pressed metal ceilings, timber VJ walls, polished hardwood floors, pretty breezeways, and arches. The rooms: Large room at the front of the house with a great view. Features; Airconditioning Wardrobe (possibly Narnia haven't checked, though previous roommate did disappear inexplicably?) Large Mirror Classic Floor to ceiling window Queens Size bed available if needed Curtin's etc. Medium sized, cozy room located at the rear of the house. Features; Airconditioning Wardrobe (chance of Narnia) Large Mirror Curtains

Two roommates Leotta; 24, Engineering Geologist works in the city, and around Australia. Aloof, social and fully endorse pranks on Nathan, or Nthn for short - kidding. Place importance on keeping a relationship with the neighbours, paddington is a friendly neighbourhood. Musician, and a good bloke, 'nuff said. By the way I've never seen Nthn read a book.. Nathan; 22 and studying a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in English and History at UQ, working towards becoming a secondary school teacher. Hobbies include reading, watching sports (Passionate Melbourne Storm member), listening to music and catching up with mates. Leotta says he's a good bloke but it's a matter of perspective - kidding..
