Beautiful riverside apartment located on Coronation Drive! Easy access to public transport with bus stops out the front door, train station 5 minutes walk away and a ferry stop just across the road. The train station lies underneath Toowong Village, a great shopping centre which provides all of your domestic needs from groceries to clothing stores and much more! Also located nearby is the well-known Regatta Hotel and its accompanying First Choice liquor store.
Apartment is brand new, we are the first tenants since it's construction and have lived here from February without issue. There is central air conditioning throughout, though we have found it's not even necessary most days as the apartment is well insulated. There is also a large balcony that is perfect for just chilling out on or entertaining friends.
The vacant room will come with a queen sized bed and desk + chair. It also has its own small private balcony, ideal for smokers or just a breath of fresh air. Room has its own complete en suite and fully built in wardrobe, more than enough room for even a couple.
Lastly, there is a shared rooftop terrace for the building, which boasts stunning views of the Brisbane river and CBD. The terrace is outfitted with a BBQ, mini-fridge, TV and banquet style seating for when you need an awesome spot to host friends and family.
We are a young couple in our early to mid twenties, both studying at UQ and working part-time. We consider ourselves relaxed, social and easy going. Always happy to have a chat over dinner or a drink, however we also understand when personal space is wanted :)
