The property is a 5 minute walk to Royal Street shopping & 1 minute walk to the CAT bus (free 10 minutes transport to the city centre) & train station (Claisebrook Station). It is around a 5 minute walk to the river waterfront, with beautiful views and a nice location to stroll around.

There are three people currently living in the apartment, 1 couple and 1 male (male, 24, female 23 and male 26). Both males are FIFO. We are all from the UK and have been living in East Perth for 2 years.
We're all easy going, enjoy relaxing, and watching TV and don't mind a drink now and then. We're sociable people and we don't mind entertaining at our apartment.
We're looking for someone who is friendly, social, neat and tidy, who will clean up after themselves and help us keep the place looking nice, comfortable and presentable.
