Welcome to my ad, this is an apartment share, not just a room. A furnished queen room with private bathroom that may as well be en suite. Large built in's and ceiling fan, I belive there is a vent that draws from the air con in the front room.
Large open plan living room with ceiling fan and air con that will soon have a dining table. Reasonable size kitchen equipped with pretty much everything that's needed. I will be buying a new fridge in the new year.
Pets are considered but it will have to go through the real estate. This is a top floor apartment so just be mindful that is not really suitable for dogs, unfortunately.
Close to amenities, a 5 mins walk to coles and the train station, a few takeaway shops and café/pub.
Secure building with key fob entry and lift access only. Secure underground parking that I currently do not use plus plenty of visitors parks.
I'm 26 yr old chef, I work full time early till late. I am clean and quiet, I don't spend much time at home. I'm English and have been here for just over a year. Very easy going. Very very busy with work at the moment but enjoy a relaxing lifestyle outside of work. Looking for a young professional that is clean, considerate and responsible.
