This is a four bedroom family home with pool. We travel and work between Sydney and Austinmer so we're only there half of the time. The house has a fully furnished big kitchen, lounge rooms, tv, bbq area. We have two rooms for rent with built in wardrobes. Would suit a pair of friends or a couple. Plenty of privacy. There is a whole level of the house available. Ten minute walk to beach.
We are full time working couple in our 50's. Kids have grown up. Looking for someone to share when we're there, and keep the lights on (so to speak) when we're not. We have a Sydney house too so we come and go a lot.
