Hi, Have a small room available at a lovely house in Mount Hawthorn.

I've lived here for years and its a great area with great neighbours.

Its safe and a central location between the city and the ocean.

Its close to public transport and walking distance to the local shopping centre.

With lots of nice parks nearby. There's no pets put Im open to the possiblitiy depending on what it is. Three bedroom house sharing with, at the moment, 2 males.

I am 39. I'm a music teacher and performer. And my housemate Todd is 37, a nice guy from Graldton who works full time in the city. We are both friendly whislt also happy to do our own thing. We both love getting away for surfing when we can. And I like getting down south for performing and surfing from time to time.

We live a fairly quiet lifestyle at home.

The room is partly furnished with a chair, footrest, shelves and a glass cabinet.

The rent is $150. The cost of the utility bills and unlimited internet wifi is $30.

So the weekly all inclusive cost is $180.
