Our apartment is a 3 bed-room apartment, 2 bath room in Rushcutters Bay, right next to Potts point, overlooking the water, rushcutters bay park with open plan living/dining that opens onto wrap around balcony, well maintained kitchen and bathroom, internal laundry. It's in a extremely convenient location. The building is 7 mins from Kings cross station, 7 mins from Edgecliff station, opposite to Vibe Rushcutters Bay hotel with bus stop to city/watsons bay right out the front. Also, it has swimming pool as well.
About the room, we have a single room with built-in wardrobe available at the moment, furnished with a king single bed and a bed side table. Rent is only $320 include all bills (electric, internet, foxtel, netflix) and general cleaning expense (I do all the general cleaning, kitchen, living room so you dont have to worry to much about cleaning). Much prefer 1 professional female. Bathroom is shared with only one professional friendly female friend in the other single room.

About us, we are a couple from Australia who are very clean, tidy, hospitality and have a high life style standard. We have nice and cosy place with expensive furniture but also feel like home. We both work full time and very busy during weekdays and weekend (we work in hospitality) and sometimes chilled at home with a glass of wine. To return, we would like our roommates to be nice and tidy, clean up after themselves and respect people living as well as the furniture we have.
