Preferences
Close to Curtin University, this is a 4 bed room house with a small outdoor area. It has a large communal area for the lounge and kitchen, and there is a separate room for dining and games. The bedrooms are each roughly 12 square metres.
The house has ducted air conditioning in each room. There are 2 bathrooms and toilets. I am currently using the fourth bedroom as a communal study. The garage can fit two cars easily.
Majority of the house is furnished with a spare bed in the remaining room. Unlimited 25MB NBN active at the house, can negotiate upgrading to 100MB at increased cost.
In addition there are solar panels to assist with electrical costs.

I work at Curtin University and enjoy being able to walk to work.
I have several hobbies so i'm often out and about but I do enjoy having a social chat over food, playing board games and amateur critique of TV shows. I maintain a tidy place, and have respect for personal spaces.
I'm looking for people who are easy going and don't mind helping out keeping the place tidy.
