We're looking for an easygoing housemate (male or female) to share a 3 bedroom house in the leafy suburb of Narrabundah.

This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house is ideally located in the quiet leafy suburb of Narrabundah. 5 minute drive to Manuka or Kingston and 10 minutes from the City. Bus stop is directly out the front of our street with easy transport to the City or Woden. Shared areas are fully furnished except the bedroom. Fully furnished lounge/dining area with separate kitchen (including dishwasher), separate laundry (washing machine), and large balcony for enjoying the warmer months in Canberra. Ducted heating and cooling for the cold or warmer months.

Decent size room available for rent from Saturday 12 November. Room fits queen size bed two bedside tables and small tallboy if needed. Built in robe is on the small size however there are hall cupboards which could be used. Room is available for a 5 month lease (with possible extension). Bathroom would be shared with one male.
Bills will be split three ways (electricity/water/internet)

More about the Flatmates

We are pretty easygoing late 20’s male and female (not a couple) who keep busy on weeknights. We would always be happy to have a chat, drink or share the odd meal however also respect the need for downtime and personal space at home.
Both myself and Ant are originally from Melbourne although didn’t know each other previously. We're also pretty tidy and social people who are looking for someone who is similar.
