The apartments is a 5 minute walk to the Beachfront Hotel and even closer to the Forshore Cafe and local Nightcliff Aquatic Centre.
The room is a spacious master bedroom with a private ensuite and balcony access over looking the beach.
There have been new capets and celing fans installed in all of the bedrooms and there is a fridge, washing machine, clothes dryer and dishwasher that will be staying.
There is street car parking available however secured parking can be negotiated with the body corprate.
I am being relocated interstate for work and am looking for someone to move in and take over the lease which ends in July 2017.
There are 2 rooms available however there is a third room mate who is the primary lease holder.
