Preferences
We have a room available in our modern house in Mayfield, you will sharing with a couple (Nick is 24 and Jen 23) and me (Kirby, 23).
The room available is good size and has built in robes and a ceiling fan! Sharing a big bathroom with bath and huge shower with one other (Me!)
Downstairs is two lounge rooms, dining, modern kitchen and an extra toilet.
We also have a covered outdoor deck and heaps of parking always on the street.
Flatmates
We are a pretty social house, tend to spend time together a lot but also keep to ourselves when need be. We all work and some of us at uni but are usually pretty busy people.
We aren't a huge party house but do have the occasional party and go out on weekends as well as having drinks at home or walking down to the pub together for some dinner and drinks.
Our much loved roomie is heading o/s so we are looking for someone to fill his spot!
