I am looking to move out of my Urbanest accommodation to move into a leased house with a friend who is coming over from my home country.
The standard rate is $282 per week, however I am willing to transfer $32 per week to you in order for me to move out as quickly as I can. This should save quite a lot of money for you.
The flat is available from any point now until the lease ends on the 10th July 2017. The lease is extendable past this date.
Urbanest is located brilliantly on Bank St, between North Terrace and Hindley Street. Adelaide University, the major shops and supermarkets on Rundle Mall and many pubs, restaurants, cafes etc. are within 10 minutes walk. Both of UniSA's campuses are situated close to Urbanest also.
The room is part of a 5 person flat with a shared kitchen. The kitchen is in excellent condition and all appliances are up to date and are working well. The kitchen also includes large leather sofas for relaxing and socialising.
The room itself consists of a king size single bed alongside a large desk, shelf units and a cupboard. The flat is 17 stories high and my room has an amazing view of the sea and Adelaide Airport. Also, the sun sets in the direction where the room window faces so in the evening the view can be spectacular. Also, from the kitchen, there is an excellent view of part of the Adelaide Oval.
The en-suite bathroom consists of a toilet, sink and shower. All are in good order and the shower has excellent water pressure.
20GB of WiFi is included in the rent however more internet is available to purchase at a reasonable price.
Urbanest also consists of excellent social and living areas that all residents can use. An up-to-date gym, a large TV/cinema room, ping-pong and pool tables as well as a great outdoor terraced area facing the railway station across North Terrace is all included in the rent. Also, 24/7 security is present and Urbanest staff are available during the daytime to assist.
The flatmates are 3 males, exchange students from America and China and a masters student from Malaysia. Another person is expected to arrive soon. All the flatmates are social, easy to get on with and are respectful of the noise and cleanliness in the flat. Either another male or female flatmate would be fine since all the flatmates are relaxed in that regard.
If you have any further questions or would like to see pictures of the flat please don't hesitate to ask through this website or by texting me.
I would be very happy to show you round the flat prior to you making any formal arrangements.
