Great location in Elwood, the St Kilda Botanical Gardens is at one end of the street, Brighton Road shops, cafes and bars, trams at the other end of the street and a 10min walk to Balaclava train station via all the grocery stores and restaurants on Carlisle St. Elwood Beach and St Kilda marina is a mere 10min walk away.
You get a double bedroom with a built in wardrobe, an additional space is available off the lounge room to use as an office, study or we can make it a dining room. There's also a separate cupboard in the hallway for you to use.
Renovated kitchen, Victorian era style design with high ceilings and polished floorboards in an apartment block of only 8. Really quiet as it's at the rear of the building. Ample unrestricted parking is available on one side of Dickens street.
I work full time at a creative agency. My Mondays- Fridays are quite busy and the weekends are usually my down time which I often spend cooking or relaxing. I'm pretty social on weekends especially but also my quiet time to recharge is important.
The entire house is more or less equipped and furnished.
I need someone who's employed full time, tidy in the bathroom/kitchen and respectful. Non smoker and unfortunately no pets allowed as part of the lease. Would suit someone late 20's and beyond.
