This household is like a mini community that is trying to save the planet. Yeah, I know; crazy. Ideally, we'd like someone who is working or studying in the area of sustainability or a caring profession. Suit students or workers who are friendly, organized and easy-going. Queer friendly, quiet, newish home with an old style.
Cosy, furnished bedroom, own bathroom and shared separate kitchen/dining, living room & laundry in a share house with two others, sometimes more. The deck looks out onto a beautiful green garden, in a very quiet neighbourhood. Includes all utilities + Internet.
On bus routes 120, 199, 123, 125, 135, 155 &
598/599. Walking distance to local shops & QEII
hospital. Between Griffith Uni Nathan Campus &
Coopers Plains station. (Nyleta Street, Coopers Plains).
If you like gardening and want to eat the food you grow this is also a great place for you, but if not, that's okay (you can buy the fresh organic food we grow). If you have time to spare, you can work around the house in lieu of rent or use it to pay for what you eat from the garden.
I'm a middle-aged teacher and community activist, and my housemate is an international student studying environmental planning at uni. We're easy-going, humorous and not shallow. (:>)
